September 2026 is the fifth anniversary of my website, A Tale of Two Hittys (see “Five Years of Fun”). Many of the articles have been about Ancestor Hitty (see “Who is Hitty?“). I made a reproduction of Hitty’s Library Dress for the Stockbridge Library. Bill Fifer shared his archive of Hitty photos and articles with me. Five Years of Fun
September 2026 is the fifth anniversary of A Tale of Two Hittys. As I reflect on the past five years, I am grateful to my readers for coming along with me on this journey. After all, what good is a blog without readers? I still haven’t finished writing the book, or even the outline! But all the writing I have been doing for the website is great practice, and I have learned a lot.
